Dell has actual made a a phone called the Venue for the Tmobile network that recently hit stores this November. Prior to the release of the Dell device the operating system was made available on a few HTC and Samsung devices for the ATT mobile Network and T-Mobile as well. The goal for Microsoft is to eventually compete with the android and iPhone market share and make there devices even better.
